Order, artwork, proof and production terms.

1. Quotations and pricing
Online estimates are subject to the configured product rules and server verification. Custom work may require a written quotation. Taxes, delivery, installation and other charges should be stated in the final order or quotation.
2. Artwork responsibility
The customer is responsible for supplying artwork they are authorised to reproduce. The printer may flag obvious technical issues but is not responsible for detecting every spelling, content, rights or design error.
3. Proof approval
Where a proof is issued, production should follow the specific approved proof version. Customer approval confirms acceptance of the visible layout, spelling and content represented in that proof, subject to normal print-production tolerances.
4. Colour and production tolerances
Screen display and printed output can differ. Colour, trimming, finishing, substrate and dimensional tolerances should be defined for the relevant production method.
5. Turnaround
Production timing generally begins after required artwork approval and payment conditions are satisfied. Delivery timing is separate from production timing unless expressly stated.
6. Cancellation, reprint and refunds
Company-approved cancellation, reprint, defect and refund rules should be inserted here before launch, including how customised goods are treated after production has started.
7. Delivery and collection
Customers should verify delivery information and inspect collected/delivered goods promptly. Courier or third-party delivery limitations should be stated where applicable.
