How order and artwork information is handled.
This is a technical placeholder for the prototype. Before public launch, replace it with a privacy notice reviewed for the operating business and applicable Malaysian data-protection requirements.
Information collected
The platform can store customer contact details, company details, order specifications, uploaded artwork, proof approvals, payment status, delivery information and account activity.
Purpose
Information is used to quote, process, produce, invoice, deliver and support printing orders, and to maintain customer/order records.
Payment data
Card or FPX entry is handled on Stripe-hosted Checkout when Stripe is enabled. The local application should store payment references/status rather than raw card credentials.
Artwork storage
The prototype stores files locally. Public deployment should use protected object storage with access controls, retention rules, malware scanning and backups appropriate to production artwork.
Sharing
Information may need to be shared with authorised production, delivery, payment or service providers only to the extent required to fulfil the order.
Retention and rights
Define approved retention periods and the process for access, correction or deletion requests before launch.
